Welcome to the official web page of FMX Athlete Jorel Bermudez
and thanks for stopping by.
6/8/2011: Got some new Wallpapers up for Computers and phones.
Check 'em out.
5/21/2011: Did Career Day at my daughter's school Grangerland Intermediate on Friday. It was super fun. I got really good feedback from the students and think I taught them a lot about the sport of MX and FMX that they did not know. I also got a LOT of really cool "Thank You" cards from them all! THANKS GUYS!!
1/9/2011: Just got the video of my trip to California to ride with Mike Metzger, Compete in the AFMXA and ride Metzgers "The Hit Is Out" free ride even at Ocotillo. Check it out!
And I just realized I didn't have this video on my page yet. It is from earlier last year by Tre at Photographic Tendencies. Check it out.
12/11/2010: More info about my Toys for Tots autograph signing with Konformity Clothing: The event is called "Noyz For Toyz", it sounds like a lot of fun! Read more about it get the address by clicking here and it is an official drop off site for Toys for Tots so come join the fun, bring a toy and stop by the Konformity Clothing booth to get an autographed poster from me!
12/10/2010: Hey again, Just got back from Cycle City in Irvine, CA and wanted to give a quick shout out to them because they have a really nice place and seemed like cool people. Thanks Cycle City for getting my break line nice and fast for me and hooking it up with the hose too! Anyone in the Irvine, CA area. Check that place out.
12/10/2010: Just added a bunch of new photos
12/10/2010: Based at "Casa de Konformity" right now getting some business done on my "puter". I just made a new poster for an autograph signing I volunteered to do at a Toys for Tots event next Saturday, the 18th. I'm really looking forward to it. It should be a lot of fun.
Have been having a lot of fun riding with Metzger and friends at his ranch. Metzger is a super cool guy I've been a big fan of his since back in my early racing days and it was really cool to actually be riding with him like I've dreamed about so long ago. I never thought back then watching his videos that I would be doing backflip trains with with him in his backyard in the future! lol that's so cool.
The AFMXA competition was SUPER fun too, and I had a great time meeting and having the help of Steve from Torc1 the whole day. The course was really basic and didn't give much opportunity for the more Technical riders to shine, it was just one jump, but I'm not gonna complain we all had the same to work with. I'm not TOO happy with how I finished, I got 8th out of 17, but I still had a lot of fun and gained experience. I think I road pretty good and showed a lot my riding personality and made an impression on a lot of people which is most important to me. I do however see what I need to improve on as far as my tricks go and look forward working hard in practice to get it handled!
11/26/2010: All packed up and ready to hit the road in the morning to Metzgers ranch for some practice with the MOB Syndicate team, then Pala Raceway for the AFMXA competition! Wish me luck! Thank you SO much to all of you that helped make it possible for me to do this trip!
11/21/2010: Been Working Hard keeping the course rideable with all this rain we've been getting here. Only got a few good riding days in the past few weeks but manage to learn a few new tricks. Getting ready for a trip to California in about a week for an AFMXA competition. Trying to get all my stuff figured out and in line so I can leave early and get some practice in with none other than the God Father of FMX himself Mike Metzger at his ranch before the competition on Dec 4th! Pretty pumped!
